Coaching - Adult Riders

Adult Safe Cycling Training

In conjunction with Bike Worcester and Worcestershire County Council the club is offering Safe Cycling Training for adults.

The training is aimed at ANYONE who rides a bicycle whether for daily commuting, leisure riding, going to the shops or competitive cycling.

All you need is a roadworthy cycle (we will check it before training starts) and a cycle helmet.

Each session will last for two hours and can start from your front door or a suitable starting point for you. Beginning with the very basics if you like, it will move at your pace to teach you how to ride safely in traffic around Worcester. You can book as many sessions as you like, but one should be sufficient for most. There will normally be two trainees per session. You can have individual tuition if you wish.

The training will be carried out by a Worcestershire County Council employee with National Standard Cycle Instructor qualifications

One two-hour session for two people – £20 per person                            (WSJCC club members £10)

One two-hour session for an individual – £40                                             (WSJCC club members £30)
